Reiki Energy Healing in Cary, NC

Each Reiki session lasts approximately 60- 75 minutes in length and is performed by our Reiki Masters attuned to Reiki energy. During an energetic treatment, your practitioner will place their hands approximately 2-6 inches above your body in a series of hand positions to deliver a specific energy while you comfortably recline on a massage table or while seated in a chair. A Reiki treatment generally consists of working on your energy centers (known as chakra) from the top of your head and down throughout your body ending at your legs or feet. These energy healing techniques are performed without using pressure, physical manipulations or massage and can be given very effectively remotely.  

During a Reiki session, it is common to feel heat emanating from the practitioner's hands. Other times, you may feel cold or notice a tingling sensation. Most people will feel very relaxed and it is not unusual to fall asleep. You may possibly feel emotional as anxiety, sadness or other emotions are being released. 

After the session, most people report feeling a decrease in stress and anxiety and increased feelings of peace and tranquility. Often people report decreased pain and improvement in symptoms related to side effects from medications or treatments. 

As part of the process, some people may experience a temporary increase in symptoms or other discomfort while energetic toxins are being released. When this takes place, it is very short-term and most people report feeling better than ever afterward. You will be encouraged to drink plenty of water and to take baths with sea salts after your session (if not medically contraindicated) to help with the clearing process.

Some people will feel significantly better after just a single session. This is usually the case when you are dealing with short-term, acute issues. When a condition or concern is chronic, it is more common to benefit from more than one session.  We often recommend three or more sessions for a complete "release" on multiple levels (physical, mental, emotional, psychological). Additionally, as Reiki energy works to release energetic disruptions on multiple levels, and gradual improvements may be experienced over a period of time.

Their experience in working energy together in a complimentary fashion is particularly effective for issues that are hidden, entrenched or difficult to solve. Reiki can be given remotely. Distance healing, also known as remote healing, is an energetic healing process that is as effective as an in-person hands-on healing session. By being able to send our healing energy from a distance, healing can take place in the safest, most relaxed and non-threatening environment possible. If you decide to use distance healing, you'll get a phone call from one of our practitioners detailing how your session went and to answer all of your questions. Our remote sessions have been provided locally, throughout the continental US, as well as internationally across the world!

For our clients who have difficulty traveling to our home office in Cary, NC, we are happy to provide our Reiki treatments conveniently at your home or office location.  

If you prefer your session in the comfort of your home or business, we have a portable massage table that we will bring to your location. All we need is an area approximately 10' long and 7' wide in order to set-up and use our table. If your space is limited, Reiki can be provided easily and comfortably while sitting in your favorite chair!
