Reiki Affirmations


Affirmations are positive statements which can help to reprogram your thinking that we can empower through Reiki as a potent method for personal change.

Positive affirmations can be created for anything you want to see in your life. Here are a few common examples:

  • Self-love affirmations: “I love and approve of myself exactly as I am” and “I am great.”
  • Relationship affirmations: “I deserve love now” and “I am worthy of a healthy, loving relationship”
  • Work affirmations: “I am a talented and indispensable team member” and “I will get a well deserved promotion”
  • Financial freedom affirmations: “Money comes to me frequently and easily” and “Money brings me freedom”

Affirmations can be placed during our standard Reiki therapy service on request.

Unwanted Habits and Unhealthy Attachments


Much in the same way as affirmations, Reiki can be used to help you change or eliminate unwanted habits, addictions, or break unhealthy attachments which are no longer useful to you. Some common examples include:

  • Drinking
  • Smoking
  • Overeating
  • Unhealthy attachments
  • Troubling relationships


In-Home Service vs. Silver Moon Reiki Home-Site:

We are happy to provide our Reiki Affirmations and Attachment services conveniently at your home or office location as well as at Silver Moon Reiki in Cary, NC.


If you prefer an in-home service, we have a portable massage table that we will bring to your location.  All we need is an area approximately 10' long and 7' wide in order to set-up and use our table.  If your space is limited, your session can be provided easily and comfortably while sitting in your favorite chair!
